Our group has a private room block in Nuevo Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit, Mexico.

All of our wedding guests will stay at Riu Palace Pacifico. The resort only allows registered guests and wedding guests on property, so please book with us.

Riu Palace Pacifico is an adults only resort, so this celebration is adults only. Thank you for understanding.

3 night minimum. Your stay must include May 15.

We suggest arriving Friday, May 14 and checking out Monday, May 17. Want to stay longer? Add nights when you book. Extra night pricing is quoted by our travel specialist.

Wedding: Saturday, May 15, 2027, at 4:00 PM on the beach. Reception to follow at the resort.

Reserve with us

Booking outside our block? You will pay the resort's rate at the time you book.

A $100 deposit per room holds your reservation when you book.

Rooms are limited. If our block sells out, we will gladly add you to the waitlist.

Payment is by credit card.

Without travel protection
Without travel protection: your room must be paid in full by January 20, 2027. If it is not paid in full by then, we will remove your reservation from our room block.
January 20 and March 17, 2027
With travel protection
With travel protection: 50% by January 20, 2027 and the balance by March 17, 2027. Missing either date removes your reservation from our room block.

Protect your trip

We strongly recommend travel protection with Cancel For Any Reason. Travel protection must be added when you book and cannot be added later.

Passport in hand

You need a valid passport to travel to Mexico. Book using your full legal name exactly as it appears on your passport.
